It's Still Winter in Yellowstone

I'm running out of pre-Yellowstone chatter.

So let's talk weather.  It's Spring in Ohio.  Last night all of the flowering trees put their heads together and came up with this.

My allergies stood up and noticed.

It was 80 degrees today.  I'm not ready for this yet.  Just a few weeks ago I was wearing jeans and a sweater.

I look better covered up.

I think I mentioned once before that I am behind in my grooming.

It was a long winter.

I put shorts on anyway.  I'm counting on my husband's poor vision to buy me more time.

He might notice the bear breath.

Do you get the impression that I'm not a summer person?

In case you haven't been following....I LEAVE FOR YELLOWSTONE IN 13 DAYS!

And you know what it looks like there now?

I may get to skip summer all together this year.

No reason to start shaving now.

Here's something you might like..

This is the Old Faithful WebCam.  We can make a date in a few weeks.  We'll synchronize our watches, and I'll give you all a big wave.

I'll be the happy woman in jeans and a winter jacket.

I can't believe that you don't like summer, the only part I don't like about summer is the excess five, possibly ten, pounds! But what the heck, if THEY don't like how I look, don't look! :-)

The countdown is on, lucky duck!
